Pros
Income and long term financial growth opportunity is better than I expected. Having a good salary use to be a requirement for me to take a position, but after working on a straight residual basis for little over a year now I wouldn't have it any other way. I can now work less than 20 hours a week and still make a high 5 fig income. Able to work from home...
Cons
1099... It would be nice to see a benefits package for established sales reps.
