      Company with bad processes

      Pros

      - Good salary - Great new macbooks - Flexible work hours

      Cons

      - At least 4 people were fired in one day, saying that they did not meet the company's expectations, without giving any chance for improvements - Promise good projects with different technologies that you can choose. In reality, you don't have a chance to choose, you can be put on some project, that could be good, but can be bad. - Terrible onboarding process. No one introduces the project, the idea of the project, technologies, or architecture, and no interest from the project team to you. It can be many people on the project, but no one cares about you. - The company promises a personal learning plan, saying that there are many strong engineers, and great ex googlers people, who will help with your growth, but it's not true. Maybe they are really strong, but they don't care about you.

      Startup with many flaws

      On time salary, Good perks, Flexibility.

      Cons

      Hire and Fire, No stability, Not many clients (majority of projects comes from Google as all the founders are from Google), No work life balance.

      Layoff without prior notice

      Pros

      Employees in the company are technically sound and the directors of engineers are just amazing to interact with. People in the company are so down to earth and excellent in their technical skills. Amazing benefits and flexible work hours. No micromanagement.

      Cons

      Layoffs without notice. It doesn't matter whether you work hard, the company lays off employees without notice.
