I don't feel bad about chewing them out so.

Cons

-Forcing employers to give fake reviews, as you can see all the good ones are just min word requirements and 5 stars same thing on google you can also see its a majority indian company (english 3/10) same thing on google reviews. The review titled "Worst Management - Please don't Join this company not even worth for 1 rating" is spot on especially about pay.

There are many cons to say below are some 1) They will treat employees as slaves 2) They wont give salaries in time 3) No body has proper management skills in the company 4) They will deduct your salaries in time 5) Will not get incentives properly 6) They will change there word according to their flexibility 7) There will be lot of pressure and wont allow you to take even short breaks properly. 8) Forcefully they will make you work 10hrs to 11hrs in a day. 9) If you are a fresher you will be dead, They will ask you to give your original documents and will ask you to sign 1year bond. Once you do all those thing they will play with you guys. 10) Management is very cunning and you will feel negative atmosphere. If you don't perform well on one day they will insult you in-front of everyone. Note: All the positive reviews you can see are not true. Management will forcefully ask every one to write positive reviews.
