Pros

This company is interesting in that they have gathered some really good technical consultants, but the leadership is unbelievable, and not in a positive way. Thus the consultants bumped them up to 2 stars, who are still professional friends.

Cons

These are my observations, but since they will claim I am a disgruntled former employee, I will not mention anything dealing with me, only others. Here are some situations that I witnessed, you can judge this multi-million-dollar company yourself: • Office of about 20 people (of 45 total), they removed the 5-gallon bottle hot-cold water dispenser, because it cost too much - $22 a month. But, they did put a water filter on the faucet. woo-hoo! • Refused to let the travel consultants get the Government sanctioned per-diems (GSA), even though the clients paid for them, because they said the consultants would abuse it. • Even though half the country is visual (retention learning), and half is audio, they refused to use PowerPoint's. Said they were boring. Someone should tell Microsoft. • Laughed about how little they were paying a very competent and hard-working fellow employee.. • They were making very high margins on consulting work, which was great, really great, but refused to share excessive profits with consultants. • The CEO is trained professionally as a salesman. Judge for yourself how that works out in the long run for companies. • One of the owners of the company uses a fake picture on LinkedIn. And it is not even close. Look at all of the officer profiles in LinkedIn – judge for yourself. • They have a leadership position – since 2014 they have had eight people in this one position. Got rid of them all, even though some of them were very talented, including the one they let go in the summer of 2016. • Here is the main kicker and will tell you a lot about this company – a former employee worked their tail off for two years. They were trying to get rid of this person for over a year, just because they thought the person was overpaid (not true). Then they finally let this person go: 1. They gave this person no severance at all, after two years! 2. They are trying to DENY this person from getting unemployment benefits, which I have never seen in over 20 years in Florida. BTW – they replaced this IT person with a person from the death-industry, kid you not. If interviewing here, ask this question of the company's management if: How come you have had eight people filling a certain senior position in less than three years?

I am the CEO mentioned above, and unfortunately I know exactly who wrote this review. This person was allowed to stay on far too long as different people within our organization tried to mentor this person and get them on track. Ultimately it was a dismal failure. Out of all of the things above, there were small snippets of truth taken and twisted. For example, the PowerPoint bullet -- I told this employee I needed real answers on utilization, and not to bore me with a PowerPoint deck. Somehow that got twisted into "we refuse to use PowerPoint". I regret they feel the way they do. Meanwhile we are rocking and rolling and growing like crazy. If you like to be challenged, like to work hard, and have the skillset we have a use for, I'd like to invite you to come try it for yourself. Our employees are our most prized asset. Come see for yourself. Thank you --- Nathan George, President/Flycast Partners

Pros

After years, I cannot look back upon my time spent here and find any positive gain from my experience.

Cons

I watched them sue former employees, cut the unemployment for people that helped to build their company. Very shady business!

While I understand the need for anonymity when writing these reviews, it also allows reviews like this to be put in. There is not a shred of truth in any of this. We have never sued any current or former employees, and have only disputed unemployment benefits on two former employees, both for very valid reasons. While the owner's son was promoted from starting as an LDR, he followed the same path as others before him and after him. Finally, no one could go 3 years as an LDR. That's an entry level position, and we have never had anyone that stayed at that level for more than a year. That tells me that this is someone trying to put a negative review in but cloak their identity. There have been people for whom Flycast Partners was not a good fit, and unfortunately this type of platform allows them to anonymously post untrue statements. In the meantime, we continue to thrive and grow. If you're passionate about what you do, and want to work for us, I'd ask that you talk to some of our current employees who will be happy to be transparent with you instead of taking a review like this that someone posts anonymously as any indicator of our culture and what it's like to work at Flycast Partners. We don't tolerate mediocrity, but we embrace passionate professionals. Nathan George, President, Flycast Partners

Pros

- Good place to START your career. - Central location in Saint Petersburg -The director of Professional Services is a top-notch professional whom I learned a great deal from.

Cons

-Rife with politics (especially given the small company size) -No clear path for career progression, financially or otherwise -Pay is not market-rate competitive. -Non-existent culture -A majority of the executive team is remote.

If you are looking for a place to go to work and show up to put in your 40 hours and expect to be promoted for that, this is not the place for you. The bottom line is if you're an "A Player" who is more focused on what you can do for the company than what the company can do for you, then you would make a great fit here at Flycast Partners. If you believe that you are entitled to promotions just for showing up then this is probably not the place for you. If you read the reviews about Flycast Partners, you will notice that the positive reviews are from those who appreciate a culture that promotes based on merit, and the negative reviews come from those who do not perform, but have an entitled attitude. The person posting this certainly fits that description. We are a lean, efficient, sales driven organization where position must be earned and paid for by your personal performance, and he didn't fit well within that model. Unfortunately, this was a poor fit for him as well as for Flycast Partners. Nathan George, President, Flycast Partners
