Pros
Flying Hippo is a great company to work for! I've worked here for several years and hope to stay on for several more. If you are looking for a job here, you will flourish if you are always interested in learning and always striving to improve. It's not like working at a bigger company where you are restricted to your cubicle. You are encouraged to further develop your craft. It's also a very collaborative, open environment.. for example, if you come up with a better process for something, it is easy to bring this information to management and further discuss it/implement positive change. You'll do great here if you're a good team player. The projects are also incredibly fun and each one is different from the last so there is always something new and interesting to check out.
