The management at this company is wild. They allow the general manager to stay clocked and in avail in the store for various appointments. They let others do the job while not clocked in. They leave all the work to one or two people clocked in working. Cleaning is pretty much only done by those two people. The disregard for the team is wild. Paying a manager 50 cents more than a team member when your expecting that manager to do the work of three people is not a feasible business plan

I loved the environment, my coworkers, even my store manager (until they left). The customers were almost always a joy

Cons

Fast changes company wide that the workers suffered for, working only with doordash drivers instead of having in house delivery so when something went wrong with an order it was 100x harder to handle and make it right

Working at Flying Pie Pizzeria has been a rewarding experience. The positive atmosphere, commitment to quality, and the chance to be part of a pizza-loving community make it a fantastic workplace.

The pay isn't great but at least you get to steal pizza
