Pros

There are no advantages to work with Flying Teachers. They just want to want to employ the maximum number of people with zero or one hours for each person. Maximum benefit for them no advantages for the employee.

Cons

Zero-hour permanent contract. Badly paid per hour. No given hours during long periods of time. When finally they give you some work it is usually no more than one or two hours per week. No payment for travel expenses.
