As a fully remote agency, since before Covid, Flywheel has lots of systems in place to enable effective remote work for a dispersed team. And the team socials are surprisingly fun.
Cons
It's a smaller agency, so you have to wear a lot of hats and have/grow expertise in a bunch of areas of marketing.
Everybody's super smart, experienced, and talented. It's a very supportive and friendly place with great policies on remote work and flex time.
Cons
Still growing and developing, so there are growing pains commonly associated with startups. But it's got a great leadership team which helps to mitigate this.
