      They supplied a wide variety of pop.

      Poor Management. Unable to confidently advise staff on issues; can only place blame.

      I love coming to work every single day because FOCUS is/has: - Very supportive management team and owner not just in work but in life ! - Competitive pay and benefits - Interesting and challenging work, I'm always learning! - Definitely recognizes my performance and management let's me know they appreciate my efforts - Lots of opportunities for advancement if you are good at what you do - Highly flexible and really supportive of my work/life balance - We get free coffee, pop, team lunches, company-wide get together's (Halloween Party, Christmas, Summer Picnics, etc.) that are a blast!

      Pros

      Pop fridge, mostly decent people.

      Cons

      No room for growth, very low pay, terrible management and directors. They were more concerned with tardiness than employee development. Little to no training. Advice to employes - learn what you can and get out! Very unprofessional work environment.
