I have been a part of the Focus EduSolutions team for nearly two years and joining the organization is undoubtedly among the best decisions I’ve ever made. This is a truly supportive and collaborative environment; each person has an opportunity to have his or her voice heard, enabling a chance to make a significant and meaningful contribution to the projects at hand. There is no hierarchy – yes, we all have titles, but each person is accessible and willing to do whatever is necessary to get the job done. It's a very collaborative environment and everyone is encouraged to offer ideas. If ever there was an ideal working environment Focus EduSolutions is near the top. Working for an organization that values higher education and being able to work with institutions of higher learning on a daily basis represents the best of both worlds in my estimation. I came from higher ed, but I am learning a lot as a leader in a corporate environment.
