Pros
The free coffee is about all I can think of as benefit of working here.
Cons
If you doubt any negative feedback you find here on Glassdoor, check LinkedIn. Many past employees of FocusEduvation were out of work for months prior to being hunted by management. These people tend to be more desperate for work and willing to settle. I know that was the case for me. Also notice on LinkedIn how long past employees stayed - 6-9 months. I saw this pattern repeated several times while working there. One person worked one day and quit. Others just left their stuff behind on their desk just to get out faster. Finally, check the dates of several posts here. Many are clumped together as management would basically force us to write positive comments in social media. Management is not just demeaning, they're abusive. Yelling matches are a frequent event and you better not have a problem being sworn at. They have no money for anything. No funds for development, travel, conferences or anything else. The atmosphere is suffocating. No one speaks to anyone. Management will just walk by you without a word and walk in on you if you have the nerve to talk to someone privately. Lies. Work is done in India and US employees are really just puppets held up in front of customers. You don't get the job you were promised and you don't get the time off you worked for.
