The workload is insane. The company is not organized and no roadmap to follow. The owner is not friendly at all!. and no free coffee.

They had great medical benefits.

The owner doesn't view himself as part of the problem, and his ego is bigger than the two buildings combined. The amount of distrust is deeply rooted here. You will work long hours, underpaid and underappreciated.
