Pros

Get paid to travel the world. If your project, team, and country are solid, then things will be smooth sailing. If any one of those things go bad, then hell will rain down on you.

Cons

very sales focused, they treat you like a cog. no career growth.

Pros

- A lot of independence to take decisions, set strategy and lead project management - Performing meetings with CEOs and Ministers all across the world - Good financial package if you get a good a market as a project - Responsibility and freedom that no other conventional job allows to a young twenty year old!

Cons

- Long working hours (but they are very clear about it from the start)

Terrible company

Pros

Opportunities to travel, cultural enrichment and network with the 'pullers' of industries

Cons

Terrible management, expedient management, capitalistic nature trumped ethics. Cowboy mindset. My recommendation: be professional, do what I did, use them for the moment (for they will most certainly use you) and then move on.
