1) Will get to understand what the work pressure is and will help you to survive in other industries. 2) Good Sales team.

1)No Training for new Joiners directly thrown to client side like slaves. 2) No Good project management,Even there is no concept of PM,No proper project delivery execution,Project Planning. 3) Worst management. 4) No increment system,very less pay. 5) Worst behavior with client and services. 6) Worst accounting lady with zero knowledge.
