-This company is all about the exterior looks, what is inside the interior is hollow. What you get sold on in that initial promising interview quickly turns into a disappointing sham after three weeks of employment.
-High turn-over rate (14 employees down in 5 months)
-Absolutely no scheduling flexibility ("Salaried employees" get docked pay like hourly workers dare you have an appointment outside of lunch hours or have to leave earlier than 5 PM, there is no option for you to make up hours)
-No work life balance (Always encouraged "for successful results" to work after hours or on weekends, for free as there is no overtime offered or even the flexibility to make up missed hours outside of 8-5.) Regardless of your success, tenure, dedication, you will never have the option to work from home or gain this flexibility/balance.
-No opportunity for career growth (Hard work goes unrecognized, no base salary increase until after 3 years of employment)
-Underpaid and overworked (Base pays 5k-10k less than the rest of the Dallas job market, and you service a full desk model and handle every single thing-sourcing, submitting, travel itineraries and bookings, credentialing, payroll-while managing to surface 300 cold calls weekly.)
-Unprofessional ("Anti corporate" culture should not be equivalent to a lack of structure and personal feelings getting mixed with professional decisions.) Culture, values, mission statement look promising, but are they followed? No.
