      Pros

      Interesting business model and some talented people. Some bright people in certain disciplines.

      Cons

      I never thought I'd say this in a public forum! But I feel deeply that Foliage had some very arrogant, and covertly racist individuals who are influential in the organization.

      Good projects, but arrogant senior staff

      Pros

      Good benefits, diverse set of projects, good salaries, lower level developers are good to work with, good place if you like to travel a lot.

      Cons

      Senior technical talent is arrogant and biased against minorities. Office politics is rampant and unchecked. Despite that the HR tells you, there is a high level of turnover. People are let go for minor issues. If you look or talk like a non-white person, you can be assured that you'll be treated differently, and I don't mean in a nice way.

      Variety of projects. Can learn a lot with different clients and technologies.

      Cons

      good if you are part of the "club" else everything you do is wrong. No work / life balance. Easily the worst place to work. lots of "high" ranking people nobody to do any real work. Incompetent Management .
