      Cliques, Internal Politics, Rewards for toxic do-nothings that are well liked

      Pros

      - It was a job and it wasn't the complete bottom of the barrel pay, but it was definitely low

      Cons

      - They Promote toxic people to management and higher level management that didn't actually do anything - Far behind when it comes to embracing modernity, everything is ugly, everyone has poor taste, below industry standard - Innovators are rejected, only for management to come up with the idea themselves 6 months later and implement in even worse fashion - Non-competitive pay for individual contributors (IC's) - They ask for rockstars, but anyone that thinks outside the box, wants to innovate, or at the very least wants to elevate them to industry standards is stifled - Titlewave, wow, you still haven't made that remotely modern, pure junk

      Pros

      Co-workers who are confused,feel beaten down, and haven't had a substantive pay increase in years. Plus there's the joy on customers faces when you tell them you're raising prices, unwinding their discounts, and can't deliver what they've bought anyway for months.

      Cons

      Working for a parent company that is crushing it's employees and customers to drive up the bottom line. We used to love working here. That's why there are so many people with 10, 20, 30+ years with the company. This is a shell of the company it once was. Avoid this place like the plague.

      Pros

      This is not a Small business - like qualifying for certification - but everyone knows everyone. The CEO walks around. Everyone knows who everyone is. It feels like working with family.

      Cons

      The technology is a little old - however there are improvements being made.
