Pros

There is great freedom in every aspect of the job, if you want to start new projects in matters you are interested in you can, if you want to work from home you can, if you want to work long hours for 3 days then take some time of, you generally can. There is also great emphasis put on work-life balance, and the well-being of employees.

Cons

The company (at least in Sweden) lacks proper structures and processes which are to be expected from a company of Fondia's size. The company does not have enough clients and assignments for the amount of employees, which creates a situation where most employees (except those specializing in corporate law) just walks around doing nothing. The salary is really not competitive.

Pros

Extremely helpful and nice colleagues - no case-hogging or rivalry over who gets the best assignments. No-assholes -policy in recruiting really pays off. A lot of extra-curricular activities to choose from. Strong emphasis on culture and values - also reflected in day-to-day operations. Independent working style - nobody breaths down your neck or checks every detail of your job. You are in control of your projects and customers. VERY flat organization - everyone can talk to everyone without feeling the need to bow and scrape. Laid-back and relaxed atmosphere - be who you are. Also reflected in the office facilities. Working hours are tracked and monitored - actual working hours are 40/week, which is a luxury in this business. You decide how you manage your time and hours. If you have clocked more than the norm - take a day off!

Cons

Every employee is also a sales person - a bit of pressure to promote sales to potential customers. Offices are a bit crowded and noisy at times.

Pros

Nice premises Flexibility to organise your work day Nice customers

Cons

Lack of clear policies sadly empower managers to invent their own rules (such as trying to force some employees to come to the office whereas others do not have the requirement) Lack of solidarity between colleagues Issues raised by employees are not addressed Employees are blamed when there is not enough client work, but at the same time management keep hiring new counsels
