Turnover, sometimes customers can be rude, but that's everywhere

Your work schedule is not consistent, it's based off the events happening which can be frustrating if you need consistent hours Could be better communication from management and better organization (I will say it's gotten better from when I first started here) People come in and get trained differently and then management gets frustrated if something isn't being done correctly but it's 9/10 times because people were trained in different ways or simply didn't know or hadn't done that task before (they are also trying to restructure this better) Task delegation could be a lot better Sometimes your work schedule comes out days before a shift starts which is unfair considering taking off of work has recently become more difficult.
