Most employees have no idea who is in charge. Everyone is rude from the owner to the supervisors. If you put in notice or they hear you might, they fire you. You have to really track your hours, because they avoid paying overtime you are due. They have community cash drawers for cashiers. If drawer is short, and it was your drawer, it comes out of your paycheck. It doesn't matter who or how many people had their hands in the drawer, the take it out of your check. As long as the owners don't have to eat the loss, is the goal. This is contrary to Iowa Labor Laws!
