Office personnel has the correct background and is well trained for the industry. Works hard to meet all client needs.

Cons

Puts too much value and emphasis in specific areas of the company versus having it equally spread throughout all departments.

Some of the staff remaining have huge hearts and are still giving their 100% for this place

Cons

The leadership got lost didn't trust themselves and ended up collapsing. Sadly this company does not trust their employees and ends up micromanaging them

Teamwork was great and strong in a few departments

Cons

Executive team has lost touch with what they are trying to accomplish. Small company that has executives from corporate careers. No vision and lack of leadership and respect. Only changed in past 3 years. Lots of turn over in last 3 years as well. If you don't have a PHD you can't get promoted into higher position.
