Pros

The pros for working for the FSA are various, we have benefits galore we are led by inspirational managers at all levels. Top level management have a vision for the future and changing the way we work. FSA voices, spreading the work we do.

Cons

The cons, sometimes change takes longer, we get impatient, not always the right person for specific jobs. An aging work force that won't change from old school ideas.

Pros

Having been at multiple departments, FSA is by the far the best. It has the nicest people, the best culture, and the nicest working environment. They offer permanent WFH and retain good pay which is great. Lots of representation and D&I.

Cons

Nothing! Everything is brilliant. Would recommend to anyone.
