To work for a business that really cares about you personally and professionally makes you want to get to work everyday and contribute to the overall success of the company. Everyday I know is going to be a good day, as I know I am working with a bunch of people who put their all into the job and strive to be the best that we can be. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else.

I wouldn't say there are any cons working for such a great business

Fbu is a company that just get it. Management is flat hierarchy and you create genuine friendships with everyone that works here no matter the position. - incredibly supportive of work life balance. - company’s has huge respect and gives free reign to taking initiative in trialing and experimenting with different ways of doing things. - no politics ever. Authentic all the way. - generous options.
