Pros

- 20% Discount. - Benefits offered after 90 day period. - Depending on your job titles (hourly staff: associates) job is straight forward and fairly simple. - Full Time - Occasional free food.

Cons

- No work/life balance. Your life is Foodkick and that is it. - Upper Management genuinely has no idea what they are doing. - No time off unless you've acquired PTO (Paid Time Off) meaning if you don't have PTO, you can't be off. There is no Unpaid Time Off. And it takes two months to earn one day of PTO. Meaning don't make any plans unless you have PTO. Which leads me to my next point. - Attendance Policy is ridiculous: Your PTO is also your Sick hours, meaning if you get Pneumonia and you don't have PTO, Foodkick expects you to come in or you're penalized and/or terminated. You have a doctor's note? Great! You're still getting penalized and/or terminated. Got hit by a car? Too bad you didn't have PTO, you're getting penalized and/or terminated. They literally don't care about your well being or the other staff's for that matter. - Because of ridiculous attendance policy, you're constantly surrounded by sick coworkers who are basically being forced to work so they don't get fired in a building with no windows or ventilation so you're bound to get sick yourself...hope you have PTO. - No support from management. They are too busy blaming everyone else for their failures. - The HR "department" consists of literally one person who's almost never actually present. - Little to no room for growth unless someone quits or gets fired.

Pros

Regular schedule. Old food is donated or put in break room.

Cons

Managers were salaried but were put on the schedule to work 10 hours a day, which resulted in them making less than regular hourly team members who could earn overtime pay (and we were so understaffed they could do ALOT of overtime). Upper management was focused on metrics and would push operations to send out bad product to improve those numbers. My team was overworked and underpaid. The morale was so low and the employee turnover was so high. I was a manager and despite my pay grade and perks, I quit (as did the other managers--all within one month). When a company can't retain its supervisors and managers, something is seriously wrong there.
