Some of the strongest company leadership I've ever encountered. Clear, data-driven, thoughtful. Company is profitable and growing nicely -- good seat to be on

Cons

Pay isn't the best. Culture is very sales + ops-oriented, unlike a lot of tech companies where engineers are higher on the totem pole.
