Pros
A great editorial team which supports each other greatly and has a great dynamic, hybrid working is clearly and effectively organised, great opportunities for developing one's career, and opportunities to work abroad representing the company, health benefits and discount gym membership in Bath
Cons
Lack of communication between departments, pay grade low for the type of work, and other departments can exhibit toxic behaviour that can spill over. there can be a little division between Zenith and FoodBev staff as the two don't tend to mix a great deal.

Pros
- A culturally diverse team and a business that offers equal opportunities - Small team means you get to see all aspects of the business and may even get hands on experience - Really nice people working here - the culture is something to preserve
Cons
- Has some of the obvious limitations that all small/medium sized companies would have such as resource scarcity that may result in difficulties in exploiting technology, constrained managerial capabilities or low productivity but an overall great first job that gives committed people opportunity for growth
