Hello, First of all, we'd like to sincerely thank you for sharing your review on Glassdoor. Your feedback is valuable to us and we appreciate you taking the time to share your observations with us. We understand that you may have felt a lack of research on our new market (in the UK we guess). As a growing startup, we are indeed exploring many opportunities for business growth, which is quite logical and rational at this stage of development in a new country. On another page, you mention the "weight" and influence of the HQ teams in Paris. However, it is important to note that, like any business that launches overseas, the majority of our support teams are based in France, where our entity was created in 2014 and has been growing to more than 400 BtoB clients today. The processes, tools and organization we have developed over the years cannot be easily duplicated in a new entity in the UK, but we constantly do our best to adapt our approach and resources to meet the specificities of the UK team and business. As far as the language barrier is concerned, we agree on the fact that this is key that the French employees who interact with our UK teams on a daily basis have a good level of language skills to facilitate mutual understanding. This is why it is now part of our recruitment process to assess the English level on some positions. We have as well offered English language training to all those who are in direct contact with our London teams, to enable everyone to improve their language skills. We are confident that these efforts will help to strengthen the exchange and collaboration inside the whole company. As for your mention of an overly directive management style, we sincerely regret that this may have hindered your professional development.
