Pros
Flexible work hours still allowed in some positions. Benefits are good though expensive. Can’t think of anything else positive. The info below lists Scott Hazenbroek as the CEO - that’s incorrect under his management things were great. Under the new Duravant leadership management fell considerably
Cons
As a current employee I came to realize that the Foodmate Culture that used to exist prior to the acquisition by Duravant no longer exists. Under this new leadership numbers are more important than people’s satisfaction - of employees or customers.
