      Good discount that you can add on top of sales sometimes.

      Cons

      Poor management, whether you are a great worker or not they don’t give you shifts based on that but based on whether you are friends with them. Managers give long shift and Public Holidays shift to their friends in the business. Ridiculous system, rude and think they are higher than you.

It's clear that how the store was being run had a big impact on your experience ,especially when it came to how shifts / opportunities were handed out. Feeling overlooked or not treated with the same respect as others can really wear you down, so we hear where that frustrations is coming from.
