Pros

They pretty much cut all of them when we left DAZN

Cons

- Newly employed higher management woefully poor - No regard for mental health - Bitter attitude towards long-standing members of staff when suggestion of progression is mentioned - The worst client management you're likely to come across - No room for growth - No coherent strategy - Cliques who look after themselves

Not the company it used to be

Pros

This used to be a genuinely good place to work. There were strong teams, clear direction, and people felt invested in what they were building.

Cons

Over the past year, things have changed significantly. Strategy shifts frequently, communication has become limited, and there’s a growing sense of instability. Redundancies and restructures have become more common, and trust in leadership has taken a hit. Morale is noticeably lower than it used to be. Many experienced people have left, and it no longer feels like a place focused on building something long term.
