Pros

Relaxed vibe as long as you do what’s expected of you. A good company to stay with long-term and grow with. Decent pay and generous PTO. Company is definitely taking employee morale into consideration as of late and taking steps to make this an even better, healthier, and more cohesive work environment.

Cons

The only negative used to be how abrasive upper management could sometimes be, but that’s definitely changed in recent years. Depending on the field you’re in, it can be difficult to advance but that’s true of any company this size with a niche industry.
