      Team roles and structure are well-thought out, management are supportive and have created a good culture which is especially hard for fully remote companies. The team care about their clients and approach their work with passion and integrity.

      Still a growing company - have to wear many hats and be able to adjust your priorities quickly - Would not be suitable if you like a 9-5 job with set tasks

      I have never worked in a company that valued their employees so much on a personal and professional level. We are always encourage to grow in our respective silos but equally encouraged to have a healthy work/life balance, and it is so refreshing.

      Cons

      We all live too far apart from one another! We are a remote work environment.
