Only company I have worked in where psychological safety is deeply embedded in the culture. Operating on an open honest and fair policy communication is effective without accusation.

Great working environment. You have support to excel in your role, team members who make themselves available, you are listened to, and it's a place where your passions are encouraged.

Cons

Normal growing pains of what was at first a small team, that is now increasing its team size and processes to make that growth more efficient/sustainable in the long term.
