Pros

There were none it was a horrible place to work.

Cons

This was an absolutely awful place to work. There is very little training. Their recruiters are incredibly aggressive (that should have been my first clue). Their benefits were a joke. Upper management were unprofessional and spoke down to everyone. I cannot say this enough, do not work for this company!

Pros

Honestly there are no pros to working here.

Cons

The company does not treat you fairly. The higher ups only care about themselves. It’s the most toxic environment I’ve ever worked in.

Pros

I was worried about my license. Some coworkers but most of the good ones left over the last six months. The patients are great but the environment was not good for them.

Cons

I hoped this would be a long term position but the way I was treated was shocking. I wasn't trained at all for the position. The director had no clue what she was doing. Management does not tell you anything, has unrealistic expectations for workload, make inappropriate and unsafe recommendations for patients, and don't like true feedback when it benefits it, patients. Being treated poorly was the norm there and people seemed to accept it. An unhealthy culture that I can't be a part of.
