I don’t believe there are. Sometimes we have some unexpected driving but that is due to complications beyond control (never what has been exaggerated by disgruntled employees)

Great idea for a company - fun program

Cons

Unreasonable expectations for travel around greater NSW area. Very irresponsible planning of distances travelled. Exposing staff to a high risk of driver fatigue. Whilst hours on a regular basis are reasonable - at the end of the year the days are dangerously long and again the travel is unreasonable. Salary is low, little room to grow in a career path.

Teaching all around Australia A lot of resources Good idea for a company just badly managed

Cons

Excessive driving and unrealistic expectations with the driving that can put staff at huge risks. Lack of communication between staff and management (on managements part) No respect for staff and their wellbeing Low salary for what a dance teacher or instructor should be paid Was hired on the terms I would have full time hours in stead only was given 3 full days and 1 half day.
