Pros

Return on Performance: Foottraffik evaluates all employee input and recommendations based on performance. If you have an idea on how to improve things and you can present a reasonable case there is a very high likelihood of it being implemented. I have never worked with a more open-minded company that places such a high value on employee feedback. Foottraffik is a wonderful place to work. I felt like I really lucked out having landed a job with them. Management: This company is extremely well managed. There is a crystal clear roadmap and the employees are informed of departmental and company progress on a monthly basis. Hat's off to the founder who created a positive work environment that is as fun as it is challenging, and furthermore, they were able to scale it. That is no easy feat in a service based environment. The hardest part of the job by far was the clients. They can make you or break you despite your best efforts. In SEO if you do your job right, but others don't do theirs, the campaign is not successful. The company places a lot of responsibility on your shoulders to manage your team and your campaigns which is a great place to be if you're a highly driven independent person. Challenge: If you don't enjoy being challenged and made to prove your value then working at Foottraffik will be very uncomfortable. There is really nowhere to hide in the company if you are not willing to improve your knowledge and skills. Accountability: Individual employees are reviewed monthly and there is a goal-setting session every 3 months. I was shocked coming from a more lax work environment.

Cons

The pace of the company can be very intense and I honestly felt challenged to keep up my personal growth which might be a con for some but isn't for people who are looking to grow.

Pros

Foottraffik has been an incredibly rewarding company to work for - one that pushes me to be better, think smarter, and in many ways, I feel like I'm getting paid to attend on-the-job training, or accelerated learning, on what I would consider true "next generation" marketing - knowledge that will be with me forever and absolutely compliment my skill set. Fact is - even the most "schooled" marketer will learn "new tricks" here. As an organization, the culture is great. Although several of us work remotely, I never feel disconnected as there is daily communication via Slack, a weekly video conference call with the team, and as business necessitates, individual meetings via video or phone during the week. Those specifically wondering about the company's diversity, Foottraffik employs some of the brightest minds in marketing and tech with significant multi-cultural / diverse representation. Overall, a very welcoming and open atmosphere. This group is hungry and I have no doubt they are on the cusp of something huge. Even the most seasoned marketer will be impressed with their robust arsenal of digital services and their desire to stay at the forefront in leveraging the very latest in technologies and AI. In it's current form - the here and now - Foottraffik is growing exponentially and serving some of the largest and recognizable names in the legal cannabis business. It is a very busy and productive marketing agency and as laws continue to be reformed their demand will only increase.

Cons

There really aren't cons working at Foottraffik. It's a vibrant marketing agency doing some really cool things - definitely a leader in the space they work in. That said, there is one thing to consider for those wishing to work for the company: A person would not be successful working for Foottraffik if they were to simply "phone it in" or were not motivated. The team is very passionate about marketing, technology, and delivering top-shelf client services. There are a lot of moving parts, the business is growing significantly, new technologies continue to be introduced, and everyone plays a crucial role to the overall success. This is not a place a person can work and expect to fade into the woodwork.
