There are a few good eggs who work there, but I’m sure they will leave do to reasons stated below.

Cons

Some senior people are completely incompetent but get away with it due to being “friends” with the CEO. Company pretends to care about its people and patients but really only cares about making money. The “10 things that make us tick” are all a lie.
