Best team, inspiring mission, amazing leadership

- I'm inspired by the people I work with every single day. - The mission (to provide every person around the world with access to work experience) inspires me and makes Forage a place where I feel like I can do my very best work. - Forage's senior leaders encourage the entire team to think deeply about our work, know how to get the best out of us and provide incredible, thoughtful advice. - It's a place where I can be myself and know everyone around me can be their own authentic self. - Our values are deep and true. We live the values every single day and stay true to them (even when it means making tough decisions).
Cons
Not much to be honest... genuinely there's nowhere I'd rather work! If I nitpick, these are things for applicants to consider: - We work very hard because we care deeply about our mission. It's not exactly your standard 9-5 job. - We're a fully distributed team with people based all around the world. This is both a pro (lots of extra flexibility) and a con depending on your personality.
