Pros
Has all the potential in the world. Management can be nice and very supportive at times unless you identify an issue or try to improve anything. Represent some very good manufacturers but not all lines can be sold in all locations. Management doesn't know what lines can be sold where except for their main two.
Cons
Constant mistakes by operations. There are some key positions held by people that have no business in those positions. Prepare to be treated rudely by own co-workers unless you are in one of the main offices and if you return the favor in any form, watch out! Suggestions and issues are disregarded and somehow made your fault. No one at the office locations can do any wrong.
