      This company has a fantastic culture, filled with smart people who are a pleasure to learn from. The benefits and in-office perks is outstanding, and my manager was very supportive and proactive.

      Cons

      While some people had many opportunities to move into other roles, there were limited options for those seeking more analytical positions.

      Working as a Performance Manager at Force Marketing has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The company fosters a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your ideas are heard and you have the autonomy to make meaningful impacts for clients. Leadership is approachable and genuinely invested in both team success and individual growth.

      Cons

      Growing fast, which is great but it does mean a lot of work. But they are continuing to hire more team members, transitions just take time.
