      Horrible Experience- Its not a company ' Lala Ki Dukaan'

      1. You will get masters in reporting 2. You may become a good clerk 3. You can continue your job without any productivity- Only good reporting is must.

      Cons

      1. Simply: - Cheaters 2. Work environment:- Worst 3. HR:- Only for name sake, Actually employee exploiting 4. Holidays:- 6 in a year, ( No 2nd Oct, Christmas ,New Year,Eid, Bakrid...nothing) 5. Leave:- Even on leave you are compelled to work from home 6. Work hour:-From 8.30 am Sharp to Unlimited 7. Decision making:-No body is Authorized to take decisions except owners 8. Authority:- No body can pass the claim of even Rs 50 except owners 9. No Incentives, No Bonus, No performance rewards 10.Appraisals:- year 2011-12 has not been given yet, you can assume ahead..

      Pros

      No any Pros compare to other Automotive OEM and service companies.

      Cons

      I had join Force Motors by considering their current market growth and profit as I did not know anyone personally. But from the first weak itself I feel too much pressure and not having proper work life balance by observing my colleague and from third week I feel the same from myself. As I was on probation period thanks to god having 7 days notice period I left Force within 6 month. Even at the time of leaving I feel pressure from my manager also. From my experience I will never recommend my friend to join Force Motors.

      OEM tag PUNE CITY . The Area around company is good and cheaper for stay ..

      Cons

      1)So many ..Can't even List .. Worst Culture,. old Technologies for Data Transfer, Worst Management , Worst HR team HR lies about Salary and Facilities in INTERVIEW ...No proper Transport , Worst BUSES ... Worst Security ..
