      Pros

      Ford Fry is pretty flexible and the restaurants are fun in regards to food, theme, and the type of guests that decide to dine.

      Cons

      Your team will determine how enjoyable the job is for the most part. It’s explained work through training which is easy but if you have lack luster coworkers or management, then everything can be chaos. Also, getting hours is like picking teeth. You might only work two hours and get cut even if you aren’t a volume worker.

      Hospitality classes available to expand knowledge and skillset.

      Cons

      Company is experiencing severe growing pains and has lost sight of its own culture. More concerned with $$$ than people. A LOT of turnover and no development.

      Pros

      At Ford Fry Restaurants you get to work with some really cool people, from server assistants to management. HR makes sure everyone on staff is eager to work and make the floor a better work environment. I worked at The Optimist and St Cecilia, as a server at both, on average I could pull $1000 every weekend. All their restaurants have well developed wine programs, you get to learn a lot about wine.

      No significant cons, mostly a great company.
