Horrible Firm

Pros

Location. And the fact that I will NEVER let myself be treated that way again.

Cons

The other reviews are 100% truth, except I could only stay 3 months before having what looking back was pretty close to a nervous breakdown. I started there a fresh-eyed, bushy-tailed, brand new attorney straight from law school and left shattered with zero confidence. I was torn down and insulted more in my three months there than I've ever been in the entirety of my life. Thankfully, I've had other wonderful mentors and bosses who have ensured I know how extremely competent I am at being an attorney. This place is so disgustingly abusive that the Florida Bar should step in. It's been almost five years and I still can't believe my experience. The economy is better now, young attorneys. YOU DO NOT NEED TO TAKE THIS JOB.

Pros

The office is located downtown in a favorable area for young professionals. The associate attorneys are talented and keep the office afloat despite its hostile, abusive management.

Cons

The partners of the firm are some of the most psychotic and abusive individuals you will ever meet. Also, the partners are subpar attorneys so it's amazing they even have any clients at all. The place is full of sexual harassment and abuse directed toward the associate attorneys. Average length of employment is 6 months.
