      A Revolving Door for Talent and a Forever Home for Incompetent Friends.

      Pros

      A fantastic place to work if you’re related or friends with the owners! You’ll enjoy the unique perk of being overpaid and under-experienced while having more authority than people who actually have experience.

      Cons

      Corporate is a revolving door for anyone with an actual brain. Employees with real experience and talent either quit in record time once they see the dumpster fire, or they’re pushed out for being too competent for the inner circle’s comfort. If you’re good at your job, you won’t be here long.

      Pros

      Nothing comes to mind. Unless you enjoy working for people who hire their friends.

      Cons

      Lowball offers on salary, offered overtime but refused to pay it, mishandled move-outs and tenant to tenant issues. Management often left office on their own whim just because they were friends with the higher ups. Refused to hire a make ready team, refused to hire professional cleaners for anything. The list goes on and on.

      Not too many things good to say.

      Cons

      Never gives a clear timeline on things for property maintenance, doesn't communicate when deposits will be sent to former residents, does not help with keeping building owners in check.
