      Demanding Environment and Communication Isn't Great

      Pros

      Company pays well, but not a lot of direction from management. It's great to have a hands-off working environment rather than a micro-managed atmosphere. If you do well here, you have the opportunity to create your own role and develop into a leader.

      Cons

      Lots of turn over! A tense atmosphere with little communication. Unclear directives from C-level and little training.

      Pros

      Strong team environment with ability to see a positive impact of team efforts at the customer level. Fun office and team. Everyone is very hard working and genuinely cares about the customer experience.

      Cons

      No cons come to mind. Great team to be a part of!

      Pros

      What can I say? Foresight Intelligence is a great company to work for! The culture of the company is fantastic! Foresight Intelligence allows its employees to truly thrive by creating an environment that encourages teamwork and constant innovation. Everyday you feel like you are making a meaningful impact which is extremely hard to find. Very few organizations have successfully done this. The company focuses on the professional development of its employees so there are numerous opportunities to grow within the organization.

      Cons

      I really can't think of any. The company is very innovative so if you do not like change or if you need a lot of structure in the work you do, this might not be a good fit.
