      certification reimbursements, training, good SOC leadership, ability to grow, a lot of changes this year

      Cons

      a lot of new hires, salary is okay (not great), schedule as an analyst was weird, no bonuses, insurance is okay

      Pros

      There was a great SOC team in place before the Google hires they made from Cyderes. This ruined the company culture.

      Cons

      CEO Rusty Stein and President Marc Brungardt are awful to work for. They have no morals or values and cultivate a very toxic culture.
