Pros

- Competitive Salary - Learning new tech - Fun and supportive colleagues - Remote work - Fun events with colleagues

Cons

- Unrealistic deadlines, setting up a lot of unrealistic deadlines resulting in a heavy workload, and it's not even the pm's vault, it is the boss demanding unrealistic targets. - I have done work (sometimes staying up late) and the boss is still unsatisfied with all the work I've done. It's not that and my team is not doing a good job, we already did but the boss still demands more work. I work on a project until late at night (sometimes even with my coworker on a call), and he said that I (we) are not doing anything. - Our opinion doesn't matter. When we explain what's the problem and why we have it, the boss always blames us. When we have a suggestion for doing a sprint every 2 weeks, it's immediately rejected, even after the PM and developers agree it is the best solution for the current project. - After I left, I heard from my ex-colleagues that the boss badmouthed me. I thought that when we talked, he badmouthed ex-employee because he/she was doing a bad job, now I understand that he always does that. - You are given more responsibilities, but the salary stays the same. There are a couple of people in the company who have a job title as Project Manager, but they also develop the app/web in the project. - You won't get paid more even if you work overtime until late at night (and yes I've experienced working from morning till the next morning). And there are a lot of employees who work overtime. It's acceptable that if the target is not achieved the employee does overtime work. But if the target is unrealistic from the beginning, no matter how much time you spend on it it won't be achieved, it doesn't make sense to do overtime. The boss will say that he never asked to do overtime, but when something goes wrong, he will blame us and say we are not putting in enough work.

Pros

• Supportive Colleagues • Growth Opportunities • Competitive Salary

Cons

The company does not respect personal time, often expecting employees to work late nights and weekends. There is little regard for work-life balance, and the constant pressure to be available at all hours is exhausting and unsustainable. Management tends to micromanage every aspect of the work. There is a pervasive lack of trust in employees' abilities to perform their tasks independently, leading to a stifling and demoralizing work environment. This approach hampers creativity and initiative. The deadlines set by the company are often unrealistic and unattainable. This creates a high-stress atmosphere where employees are constantly scrambling to meet deadlines, often at the cost of quality and accuracy and if there are complaints or bugs reported by clients, the company has a policy of cutting employees' salaries. This punitive measure is unfair and demotivating, especially when issues arise that are beyond individual control. The company pressures employees to lie to clients about their experience levels to secure business. This unethical practice not only puts employees in uncomfortable positions.

Pros

Working here means you have unlimited space to ideate solutions and generate ideas as much as possible. You can explore skills here. You also will learn about various projects.

Cons

Too random roles, and have micro-management bos. I was often overworked. Keep in mind the phase will be fast in a start-up.
