Pros
Summer season is alright if you get to work outside but if you're working the courts, its hard work. Free bowling.
Cons
Always having issues with tip-outs. You are expected to pay expo and food runners 6% of your food sales and the employer here only pays them $4 an hour. So the waitresses who are barely scraping by are expected to pay his kitchen staffs wage & if someone doesn't tip then you pay to serve that person. Business has declined over the years and the waitresses are doing substantially worst than they have in previous years.
