Pros

Remote work is the only pro.

Cons

The company is mostly remote but believe me you will be GLUED to her home desk and work many hours of overtime while on salary so no overtime pay. This company just experienced MAJOR LAY OFF. They laid off an entire region of employees while still hiring “executive leadership” positions. They are clearly heading to bankruptcy and FAST! The company is being mishandled and leaders have not one clue what is going on at any given moment the entire mission will shift. Misguided employees are running themselves as leaders hide behind meetings. On multiple occasions employees will be trained on a format and one day later will be scolded for doing it that way and told to do it differently with no training. Multiple times they “launched” a new system or format for example on the 1st and the employee training for that dame format will be scheduled for the 5th which made no sense. Leaders wouldn’t even realize this until the day of the launch. I was hired, barely trained, and mostly working blindly until the major lay off which was 3 days after receiving a glowing performance review and I was laid off with no explanation. There was no rhyme or reason to the layoff as employees from every level were fired. Clinical directors, clinicians, therapists. Admin staff and more. An entire region in Pennsylvania was eliminated. Patients are often frustrated and dancing between clinicians and upset.

Pros

talented, compassionate clinicians and co-workers.

Cons

upper management keeps hiring executives that are all money and growth focused which has pushed out top talent through resignations and lay-offs. they talk a lot about how much they care about the staff and culture but it's all talk. they're truly only out for themselves and increasing their large salaries while cutting the people who barely make enough to get by.

Pros

Good benefits and pay. Parking was ample.

Cons

Average 10-12 hour days when including documentation. Leadership is insecure and seem to be rudderless and make things up on the spot. Clinicians are not supported, as HR and leadership priority is clearly to maintain the clinical site directors presence in the company. No meaningful outside trainings are offered (no certifications, etc.). Forge is not in any way fine-tuned for the needs of the veterans or first responders, it's more of a gimmick than anything. We had one in-service training pertaining to vets that was cut short by an hour. Sites are understaffed, overworked, and there is zero company culture of any kind. It is a sterile, unkind, lonely place to work; in a word: corporate. No career ladder is present, they promised for months that new positions were opening up, then they removed them without telling anyone. LGBTQ+ staff are only nominally supported. People are misgendered constantly, no meaningful trainings or education there either. Last but not least, the lucrative Intensive Outpatient program is really the only thing that is consistently discussed prioritized, and it is done so disproportionately and clearly due to the financial gains.
