      Pros

      An environment where one is willing to do more without being asked. Fun place to work in. Culture of entrusting people, and of friendliness and competency. Management is at your service, you can speak up, you are listened.

      It's so fun that you may forget that you are at work, and family life may suffer!

      Amazing company to work for

      Pros

      Salary is at or above award rate. Benefits are excellent, private medical etc. I have an awesome manager who lets me grow and doesn't micromanage. Company has a great culture of respect and fun. I get to work with super smart people.

      Cons

      As the company expands the loss/change of seems inevitable, lets see how it goes.
